Refactor unwind in MIR This makes unwinding from current `Option<BasicBlock>` into ```rust enum UnwindAction { Continue, Cleanup(BasicBlock), Unreachable, Terminate, } ``` cc `@JakobDegen` `@RalfJung` `@Amanieu`
