Michael Woerister fc7f419a63 debuginfo: Bring back DW_AT_containing_type for vtables after it has accidentally been 
removed in https://github.com/rust-lang/rust/pull/89597.

Also describe vtables as structs with a field for each entry.

The codegen crate contains the code to convert from MIR into LLVM IR, and then from LLVM IR into machine code. In general it contains code that runs towards the end of the compilation process.
